A Founding Note

Momentasize was founded in 2021 with a simple but powerful intention: to build momentum that creates lasting impact.
More than just a name, Momentasize represents a mindset, one rooted in growth, resilience, and showing up fully for the work, the people, and the communities we serve.
Led by Dirk and his wife, Shai, Momentasize Construction was built on the belief that progress is created through intention and shared effort. We believe in igniting potential in others, creating environments where people can grow, and approaching every project with care for what it adds beyond the build itself.
At its core, Momentasize is about creating with purpose, using our skills, experience, and resources to contribute positively to the communities we are a part of.

Momentasize is founded on a simple idea: to create for the community. We successfully build and sell our first home.
We build a few more single family homes, with Kyle Kruger joining as our first employee, and start planting the seeds to grow the Momentasize vision into building apartments.
We land our first apartment project, welcome Conor Johnston as employee number three, and keep grinding.
Our team grows to six as we develop and deliver 116 multifamily units, and we start building the processes to scale.
We break ground on projects in four regions across the state: Eastern Oregon, Southern Oregon, Central Oregon and the Oregon Coast.
Our team grows to 13 as we deliver over $20MM of construction volume across all four regions. We plant our development flag by annexing 65 acres into Bend, which will produce 147 residential lots, 600 apartment units, and commercial and light industrial projects in the years to come.
