Located in the small community of Grants Pass, Hillcrest Veterans Village will provide 36 intentionally designed one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 600 to 850 square feet. The project accommodates aging-in-place with accessibility features ensuring residents have safe, functional spaces that support every stage of life. A community-oriented design fosters connection, with additional accommodations for dementia care, service animals, hospice, and on-site medical services. Positioned just off I-5, the village strengthens rural Oregon’s housing network with a model centered on respect, support, and quality of life.
